✨ Back by Popular Demand... and More Important Than Ever ✨

When Moo-La-La-Ti-Da! was released, the world was still very virtual thanks to the likes of the pandemic, so I went on a virtual reading tour instead and had the opportunity to read to many classrooms all over the U.S.
I'm excited to share that the Sprinkle Kindness Like Confetti Tour is now BACK—by popular demand—and this time, it’s focused on something far too many families are talking about right now: bullying.
Recently, I’ve heard from too many parents in different forums I belong to as a mom. They're concerned about what their kids are experiencing at school. The teasing. The exclusion. The way some children are left feeling isolated or afraid. It’s heartbreaking… and it’s unacceptable.
As a children’s author, I believe stories can be one of our most powerful tools to create change. Books help children develop empathy—they let kids step into someone else’s shoes and feel what it’s like to be left out, to be brave, or to stand up for a friend. That’s where Moo-La-La-Ti-Da! comes in.

In this colorful story, Ella Bella Bovine isn’t afraid to be her sparkly self and happily jazzes up the whole barn and the other animals. But when her quieter friend, Shania, gets teased for not wanting to be “fancy,” Ella Bella learns that true kindness means standing up and speaking out.
Moo-La-La-Ti-Da! is a fun read—but it also opens the door to conversations about:
- Embracing what makes us different
- Being a true friend, even when it’s hard
- Understanding how our actions affect others
- Saying “I’m sorry” and making things right
As part of this renewed tour, I’m offering free Zoom read-alouds to classrooms and homeschool groups. As always, I’m also available for in-person school visits and I try to work with every budget. I can get mighty creative to try to make it work! I’m happy to work with PTAs and schools to make the book accessible through fundraisers, discounted bundles, or even a copy for every student when possible.
If you’re a parent, teacher, librarian, administrator or PTA member who wants to bring a meaningful story about kindness into your school, I’d love to connect.
📩 Email me using the link at the bottom of my Home Page and let’s work together to spread empathy, & kindness because every child deserves to feel safe, seen, and valued.
With love (and a lot of confetti),

P. S. 💛 Are you a business owner or community leader who wants to make an impact? I’d love to partner with you to bring books and kindness into a school near you. You can sponsor discounted bulk book donations to a local school—with a custom sticker inside each book noting that it was donated by your business. You can also help arrange a virtual read-aloud or even a paid school visit to extend the experience. It’s a meaningful way to give back and show your support for empathy, literacy and your community.
